How do I add a new property listing?
Log in to your dashboard and go to Properties → Add property. You can upload photos, set the price, BHK, and locality. Once saved, Vridhi can auto-generate an ad creative for it.
Why isn't my Meta ad showing a photo?
Make sure you've uploaded at least one property photo and clicked "Regenerate creative" on the ad panel. If the issue persists, email us with your property ID and we'll investigate.
The AI called a lead — where do I see the outcome?
Go to Leads → click the lead → you'll see the call log, intent score, and any notes the AI captured. If the call failed, the status will show the error reason.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email
admin@vridhiai.in with your registered email address at least 48 hours before your renewal date. We'll cancel and confirm within 1 business day.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email us at
admin@vridhiai.in with the subject "Data deletion request". See our
Data Handling page for what is deleted and what must be retained legally.
I'm getting a login error. What do I do?
Try clearing your browser cookies and logging in again at
vridhiai.in/login. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Still stuck? Email us.
