These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vridhi AI platform ("Service"), operated by Vaibhav Nilaya, #13 Chandapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560099, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a registered real estate agent or brokerage in India to use Vridhi as an agent. Lead contacts (property buyers) who interact via WhatsApp or voice calls do not need to register but are subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at admin@vridhiai.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Vridhi offers monthly subscription plans billed in INR via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
By using Vridhi's AI calling features, you confirm that you have obtained valid consent from each lead to receive automated calls and WhatsApp messages. You bear full responsibility for compliance with DND registry checks and TRAI regulations. Vridhi provides tools but cannot guarantee regulatory compliance on your behalf.
Vridhi creates Meta ad campaigns on your behalf using your Meta Ad Account. You are responsible for ensuring ads comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, including the Housing Special Ad Category requirements. Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your payment method — Vridhi does not control or refund Meta ad spend.
Vridhi and its branding are owned by the operator. Your property listings, photos, and agent data remain your property. You grant Vridhi a limited licence to display and process your content solely to deliver the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Bolna, Meta, Vercel, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vridhi's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time by emailing admin@vridhiai.in. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days' notice of material changes constitutes acceptance.
